J. and I are off to Iowa for a few days to celebrate Nate's engineering degree! Yeah! I'm pretty sure we couldn't be giddier.

Update on the River

It's still frozen.

But break-up is near. And the birds have started to arrive.















I've never actually been lucky enough to have been in Bethel when the river breaks. I seem to always be travelling for work. And this year doesn't look too hopeful either. I stiil hope though.
